Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

* Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
* Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
* International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.

For lost shipments, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be legally shipped to the destination provided.
